I don't have much time, but wanted to update. Jade's appointment was at 10:45 this morning and since then she has had 3 good feedings... including 1 on the right side with the cradle hold. Hallelujah!
He didn't actually find anything way off, but something he did must have helped. We're going back on Tuesday to ensure that things stay good. She's been like a different baby this afternoon and I'm not gonna take that for granted!
this is great! i must admit i'm a little confused as to what the chiropractor did.. 've never been to one. Did he do something to you or to jade? what kind of adjustment would help with nursing?.. I'm intrigued!
He did something to Jade. Trust me, I know it sounds weird. An adjustment for a baby is nothing like one for an adult... promise :) But basically chiropractic care is all about overall health and letting the nervous system do what it's designed to do. So an adjustment rids the body of impediments to health. I've honestly never put much stock into it, but I was willing to try anything and it has helped.

I'm thrilled for you! What a relief! Sometimes it is the smallest thing. It must have hurt to be on that side. I am glad she is better!
